I'm Marion and I have a PhD in Psychology of Education and a Masters in Music Education from UCL's Institute of Education.

I studied cello at the Royal College of Music (JD) and at the Royal Academy of Music and have been a professional performing musician ever since.

My main academic interest is the effects of a rhythm-based intervention on reading skills and this work has been through peer review and published. My work has also been published in chapters in edited books on music education. As well as teaching in schools, I've taught and assessed masters and PhD students at the Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge.
